Here you will find some of the celebrations, special occasions, and projects our team has been honored to document over the past 15 years.
Forsyth park is perfect for engagement sessions in the spring. It was originally created on land given to the city in the 1840s. In the parks center sits the famous Forsyth fountain and was crafted in a similar fashion to one in Paris as well as Peru.
The park itself is fashioned after the Parisian aesthetic centering homes and neighborhoods around a central green park space. Interestingly enough an identical fountain is located farther north in Indiana. Each year the fountain in the park is turned green to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. During the spring it is filled with azaleas blooming.
Joey and Juliana met in college. They still argue who picked who as a lab partner to this day and became friends before dating. Both are a bit self proclaimed nerds which lead into fun conversations during their engagement session revolving around Guardians of the Galaxy as well as Star Trek vs. Star Wars.
After college both Joey and Juliana moved down to Savannah and started work for Gulf Stream. During their free time they work on engines together and Juliana helps him work on cars that he is really into. We loved capturing their spring Forsyth Park engagement session and can’t wait to share more of their images.
While Forsyth engagement sessions are one of our favorite places to capture couples in love, there are so many options that Savannah offers. For more of our favorite engagement session locations suggestions head here and here.
