Today is the first installment of our video series for newly engaged couples.  Kari of Two River Events is joining us on the blog to talk about the first 5 things you should do after getting engaged and they aren’t the typical list you would thank of.

To add to what Kari said about her first tip, you also want to get your ring appraised every 10 years because often the value of precious metals and gems goes up through the years.  I know that mine has and for that reason we check on it to make sure that the insurance value is accurate if it was ever to be lost or stolen.
