Bright and bold is the new blush and gold in weddings. You might have seen in fashion, home decor, and even weddings; color is making a comeback in a big way. While we adore the soft hues of blush, sage green, soft blues, and white, we are equally in love with the elevated way vivid colors are being paired together for weddings.

How to Incorporate Color

This bold styled shoot embraced the trend and utilized emerald, turquoise, oranges, pinks, ocher, and even red paired so well together in florals with bright colors in mind.

Linens are another great way to incorporate color. We especially love this jade velvet linen from I Do Linens. Velvet is a great texture to add to a tablespace that elevates the décor.

Pairing Bright Colors with Neutrals

When it comes to incorporating color, it is important not to overdo it and be sure to pair it with neutrals.

For example, the cake by Custom Confections Inc. had very light and airy colors of white, blue, and gold, and the color was added in with loose florals in red, pink, and ocher along with a dark linen for contrast.

The stationery from Mulberry Paper Co. featured neon coral envelopes but was kept very classic with a black and white invitation and reply card.
