Soiree Branding Shoot

ethereal and romantic couples portraitSoiree Branding Shoot

It’s no secret that we LOVE LOVE LOVE a good branding shoot.  Especially when the words moody, romantic, and craft cocktails are included with a mood board that is paired with hundreds of candles and beautiful blooms.  It was an honor to be asked to shoot the new branding images for the Soiree Event Venue and work with Claire Mclafferty as she created some gorgeous cocktails to pair with the images.

Mixologist and Author in the HOUSE

I loved chatting with Claire as she created three drinks for the shoot.  Her attention to her craft and perfecting her drinks even when they weren’t being consumed was phenomenal.  As an author and amazing bartender . . I might have gone home immediately and bought her book . . what can I say . . Jason and I both love a good handcrafted whiskey cocktail . . whose with me?  It is one of our favorite nightcaps on the back porch during the summer.  Haven’t seen her book?  Go check her book out here.

Branding Brought to Life

Emily Wells brought her branding board vision to life with the help of Imperial Formal Wear, Mr. Burch Formal Wear, Cakes by Kim, The Hair and Makeup Collective, Tea and Old Roses, and some amazing blooms by Staci Bledsoe . . who knew there were purplish black succulents . . but the real true stars of the shoot were Brooke and Trent, a real life couple who brought some SERIOUS electricity to the shoot with some smoldering looks and great chemistry.  Just a few weeks later Trent popped the question and Brooke said YES while on a trip to Florida.  We as a team are so excited for them!
