Historic Villa Wedding

We adore small, heartfelt weddings—especially when they take place in venues full of character and history. Deanette and Josh’s historic villa wedding at the charming Avondale Villa was no exception.

Despite the winter chill, a marathon blocking half the city, and even the threat of snow, their day unfolded with warmth, joy, and love. The intimate setting made every moment feel timeless and deeply personal.

Following their ceremony, Deanette and Josh celebrated with a small cake cutting and a champagne toast. Their guests showered them with lavender as they exited the villa—a perfect symbol of calm, joy, and new beginnings.

Intimate Winter Wedding

After their tiny wedding at the historic villa, they headed to the Tutwiler for a reception with close friends and family. We were honored to capture their day and create an heirloom album for them to enjoy for years to come.
