I have known Mary since my first day of college.  We ended up being roommates, three of us girls crammed like sardines into a room really meant for two people or one if you want my honest opinion.  The heat worked on overtime in the winter and we had our own personal sauna.  Many a prank was played and she taught me the true meaning of loyalty and friendship for a girl who had moved so frequently that she really didn’t know where to call home anymore.  This girl is one of the most awesome teachers I know and puts everyone at ease.  She helped save my wedding!  As we were getting portraits taken after the ceremony, she realized that NOTHING had been set up for the reception as it was supposed to.  YIKES!  She gathered everyone together and made it happen.  As humble as she is, I never knew about it until a few days later.

We attended each others weddings and have kept in touch over the years as our families move and changes occur.  Recently she has made the move into photography and I am so thrilled for what it will hold for her.  I am beyond excited that we get to shoot a wedding together this fall.  I hope that it is the first of many more to come.
