Here you will find some of the celebrations, special occasions, and projects our team has been honored to document over the past 15 years.
Nashville has amazing music, great food, beautiful wedding venues, and stunning hotels. So, whether you have your heart set on having your engagement session here or hosting a destination wedding, it is filled with fun things to see, do and savor.
The Rutledge – Grab a bite to eat in the heart of Nashville next door to the Four Seasons Hotel, which serves modern American cuisine. They are open for brunch, lunch, dinner, and even late-night bites. The restaurant is stunning and features unique artwork from RETNA, Mr., Brainwash, and many more.
Mother’s Ruin – Founded in New York City, they opened this location in 2019 to bring a comfortable vibe with exceptional cocktails and delicious food open till 2 AM. We love the names of their cocktails, like Let the Toddy’s Hit the Floor and Flying T-Rex. We suggest ordering takeout or delivery if you can’t make it to the restaurant in person.
Five Daughters Bakery – If you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, look no further than Five Daughters bakery. They are known for their croissant-style hundred-layer donuts made fresh daily with monthly seasonal flavors, so there is always something new to try. They also offer mini versions of donuts, paleo, yeast-raised donuts, cookies, and gluten-free pastries.
1 Hotel Nashville – A first of its kind in Nashville, this hotel’s mission is to be sustainable without sacrificing luxury. While strolling downtown, you can’t miss the hotel dripping in ivy with 56,000 plants. It helps to generate fresh oxygen. The hotel also features a spa, farm-to-table eats, and is pet friendly!
Graduate Nashville – If you want colorful, fun, and flair, the Graduate is just the place! Its playful interior celebrates the charm of the music city. You can be a country music star at their karaoke bar that features an animatronic backup band or caffeinate after a long night at their Poindexter Coffee. The pink Governor’s poll at White Limozeen is iconic and is the picture-perfect backdrop for some Instagram photos.
Gaylord Opryland – A personal favorite since we spend our honeymoon here, this property has 9 acres of indoor garden atriums to explore with restaurants, shops, waterfalls, and boat tours. Other activities include SoundWaves, an indoor/outdoor water resort, and in the winter, they transform areas to include snow, ice, and tubing.
Cheekwood Estate and Gardens – Featuring a 1930s estate, an art museum, and botanical gardens. This venue can handle anything from a micro wedding in their terrace area or Japanese gardens to large-scale weddings over up to 300 seated guests and 400 cocktail style.
The Cordelle – The beauty of this property is that when you host a wedding, you can utilize all their event spaces, from their Great Hall, the Victorian home, to the Loft and the garden. The unique quality of The Cordelle is its proximity to downtown Nashville while still providing lush green space in the heart of an urban area.
The Union Station Nashville Yards – Located inside a true landmark hotel of Nashville, the grand lobby features vaulted stained glass, 65-foot ceilings, and archways perfect for an elegant affair. They also have smaller rooms like the Dixie Flyer and Hummingbird, perfect for smaller gatherings featuring the same stunning architecture you will find in the Grand Lobby. If you are looking for an outdoor space, their Veranda is a great covered option for cocktail hour, a ceremony, or an outdoor dinner.
When it comes to the city of music, there is no shortage of fantastic food, stunning accommodations, and beautiful wedding venues; whether you are planning a getaway, engagement photos, or a destination wedding, this is one of our favorite cities in the United States to visit!
