Here you will find some of the celebrations, special occasions, and projects our team has been honored to document over the past 15 years.
Heather and David drove down from Fort Bragg for their romantic Wormsloe Plantation Engagement Session. When we first moved to Savannah, I instantly fell in love with the long driveway at Wormsloe. It has now become one of my favorite places to take our clients for portrait sessions.
Heather and I met three years ago when we were living in Virginia and my kids went to school with her daughter. Both she and her daughter Lydia are vibrant and embrace life energetically. We both left Virginia around the same time and I recently learned that she had met David through work. Both of them are Army officers and embrace life with the same passion.
Earlier this year David proposed and I was so excited to meet Heather’s fiancé and photograph their engagement session. We picked Wormsloe Plantation as the perfect spot for their summer engagement session with it’s beautiful long tree lined drive and romantic glowing light.
Heather and David danced, giggled, and shared how they both met, thanks to the Army. After sharing their engagement pictures with them last week during their design session, Lydia asked me if I could please be her mom’s wedding photographer. Hands down it was the best “will you be our photographer” moment EVER! I can’t wait for their 2020 wedding in the Carolinas next fall.
