One of my favorite engagement sessions from last year is being featured on Hill City Bride today.  Dave picked out the most perfect handcrafted ring for Suzy when he proposed at the Biltmore Estates in Asheville, North Carolina last January.  It was the perfect place for a proposal as so many family members had gotten engaged or had their honeymoon there.  Last spring they came up and had their engagement session captured in and around Colonial Williamsburg.  On of their favorite spots was Mermaid Books.  Head on over to the blog to see how delicate and lovely Suzy’s custom ring is.  If was the perfect center for their outdoor wedding . . .

Much of Suzy’s wedding was handcrafted with love and a keen eye for good artistic creations.  Not only did Suzy make her own save the date cards, but she also created all the other graphic design work for all the paper goods used in her wedding.  She has an amazing artistic talent and has already had her work with wedding invitations published multiple times.  As a fellow wedding vendor, I can’t wait to see the creative work that comes out of her studio in the following year.
