Two Rivers Country Club Wedding

This past Sunday we celebrated Shannon and Jeremy’s wedding at the Two Rivers Country Club.  It has been a joy watching their rustic and whimsical wedding come to fruition on the banks of the beautiful James River.  As the winners of our wedding giveaway last year, our entire vendor team have gotten to know this sweet couple really well.  You can read more about how Jeremy proposed and the sweet history behind Shannon’s ring here.  Pop’s, Jeremy’s grandfather had a little hand it that.  He is quiet the character and he made this wedding so lighthearted and fun!

Meaningful Details

I loved how so many details in Shannon and Jeremy’s wedding were meaningful to them.  From the West Virginia socks that all the groomsmen wore to the heirloom diamond set into Shannon’s engagement ring it was thoughtfully planned out.  Their dog Judge was even the ring bearer and I have to say, he was just darling!  At the end of the night they closed out all the dancing with John Denver’s “Country Roads” and exited amid gold and white ribbons waving in the summer breeze!  Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. St. Pierre.
